Manufacturer-based warranties including but not limiting to tread life and mileage are described as accurately as possible based on the information provided to the public by tire manufacturers. Treads ’N More does not honor, endorse, assumes, nor otherwise promotes any warranties including tread life and/or mileage warranties provided by manufacturers. Any and all warranties offered by the manufacturer for any respective item can be claimed with the manufacturer by initiating a warranty claim through the Treads ’N More.
Prior to placing the order, the buyer must ensure that the tire size and the specifications is as per the vehicle manufacture. Treads ’N More is not responsible for ordering wrong tires and or getting the wrong tires installed.
Products purchased will only be shipped to the addresses within the United States.
Prices of the products do not include shipping costs, if Treads ’N More offers free shipping, it will be mentioned on the listing. The estimated delivery date is not guaranteed delivery date for your order.
According to the State of Purchase, applicable sales tax will be added to the final price at check out.

Any applicable warranty is voided in cases of damage caused by abuse or accident during services provided by an individual that is not directly employed by Treads ’N More. Treads ’N More reserves the right to decline any Warranty Claim in such cases.
Treads ’N More is not responsible for installation costs nor any additional costs that might be incurred.
Treads ’N More is not responsible if the Item(s) are damaged during the installation process by the installer.
Treads ’N More does not guarantee that specific installers have the means, tools, space, or other resources to install commercial and oversized Items.
All details regarding installation (i.e. pricing, time frame, additional work) should only be made between the installer and the Buyer.
Treads ’N More shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any damages, claims, losses or expenses, including without limitation any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with this site, including without limitation any use of and/or any inability to use this site, for any cause of action of any kind (including tort, contract, negligence or strict liability).
TREADLIFE MILAGE WARRANTY
Certain manufacturers provide a treadlife and/or mileage warranty. Treadlife and/or mileage warranties are described as accurately as possible based on the information provided to the public by tire manufacturers. Treads N’ More does not provide any treadlife warranty and/or mileage warranty. Treads N’ More does not honor, endorse, assume, or otherwise promote the treadlife and/or mileage warranties provided by manufacturers. Treads N’ More sells tires strictly as is.
MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY POLICY
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty. Other than applicable manufacturer’s warranties, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Purchaser acknowledges that purchasing merchandise from Treads N’ More may void a manufacturer’s warranty. Buyer further acknowledges that Treads N’ More sells all merchandise “as is”.
Upon placing an order for tires the purchaser understands and agrees that, in exchange for the Treads N’ More return policy, all tires, are sold without any expressed or implied warranties, other than the statement contained above, and any sale resulting from your order is as-is which means there are no implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Put another way, there are no warranties which extend beyond whatever is stated in this return policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treads N’ More, disclaims any liability for consequential or other damages, losses, costs, fees or expenses, as well as loss of profits and business interruption, beyond its return policy stated above.
