Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30-days of delivery. Only unused tires that have not been mounted or driven on are eligible for return. Once we receive the tires back in our warehouse, we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment minus shipping cost and fees on the original order.

In the event you need to make a return for whatever reason, we are here to help. To start a return simply email Treads N’ More at [email protected]. Please provide your Order number, Reason for return, Quantity and Description, and any photos needed for us to review the damages and handle your claim. Please note the Customer service response time is 48–72 hours. Customer service will provide you with a return authorization number and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure.


  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for full refund or exchange
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and fees.
  • Treads N’ More reserves the right to reject a return and/or reimbursement if the tire has been mounted, damaged or used in any way by the buyer. Returned tires must not have been mounted on a rim or used in any other way.
  • Treads N’ More reserves the right to reject a return and/or reimbursement for unauthorized returns, in other words, returns without prior notification on behalf of the buyer together with an approval on behalf of Treads N’ More.
  • Returns based on the age of tires will be approved, however, Treads N’ More is not responsible for return shipping. Buyer agrees to receive the tire as it is listed. In cases where there is no production year disclosed, the buyer likewise agrees to receive a tire in new condition regardless of its age.
  • Returns based on incorrect tire specifications and/or size will be approved, however, Treads N’ More is not responsible for return shipping. Prior to submitting the order, the buyer must verify that tire specifications and tire size are appropriate for the vehicle.
  • Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the received items are the correct Brand, Model and Size and specification, and satisfactory as such prior to mounting, as no returns will be authorized for items that were mounted regardless of whether they might be incorrect or their specification being unsatisfactory.
  • Any items incorrectly shipped by Treads N’ More will be exchanged for the correct item or reimbursement only in case they are returned in the original condition.
  • A full refund or exchange will be processed after the product has been returned and the return finalized internally. Allow 2-3 business days to process the return or credit after product has been received in warehouse.
  • Any reimbursement done will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Special order items are not returnable.


  • If the product received is not the one you ordered or is not as advertised, please contact our customer service for a free return and further assistance.
  • If the product was damaged by the carrier, please report the issue to our customer service as soon as possible.
  • If Treads N’ More and/or the carrier made a mistake in the fulfillment of your order, the buyer is eligible for a free return for a refund or exchange.


Treads N’ More attempts to provide fast and efficient delivery of all Orders. In most cases Orders are fulfilled within minutes, being processed as soon as the payment is verified and approved. Order cancellation requests are thus not guaranteed to succeed, however, Treads N’ More makes every effort to fulfill a cancellation request prior to an Item being shipped. In cases where Treads N’ More is not able to stop the shipment on time the Buyer is notified so that they may act accordingly and organize themselves for a potential return.
